Every great journey begins with a small step. Our journey, which began on social media on April 8, 2022, has grown with the participation of thousands of investors from various professional backgrounds and has evolved into our brand, Medi Grup. This is a story of trust and growth.
Medi Group, which offers the opportunity to become a homeowner at prices below construction costs, has brought an innovative perspective to the sector with its hotel-style homes, social spaces, and retail stores. Today, we are a family of 2,300 investors. In Antalya, we acquired 9 plots of land and brought 9 projects to life in just 4 years; we have delivered more than 1,450 apartments and more than 150 stores.
In our completed projects, the increase in value realized by our investors can reach up to approximately 500%, depending on the region and the delivery timeline. These results reflect our careful selection of land, transparent process management, and commitment to on-time delivery.
For us, sustainable architecture is not just a choice—it is a responsibility in light of our country’s reality of earthquakes. That is why transparency and accountability are our guiding principles in every project we undertake. We design our homes with care for both human life and the natural environment.
